Vendis Capital has acquired a majority stake in the PLAYERS group, a leading player in the sports and leisure industry, alongside its founders and management team, who have reinvested significantly in the operation.

The PLAYERS group offers its customers 144 five-a-side football pitches and 128 padel courts across its centers. It also caters to businesses by organizing events and has developed offerings such as the ZIDANE FIVE CLUB for five-a-side football and the « 4PADEL Academy by Babolat » for padel.

The transaction was financed by Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance Côte d’Azur and Banque Palatine.
